Specializing in Outpatient Day Surgery TransportationAt A.C.T. AZ Aid, we do more than drive—we care. Our certified professionals provide safe and reliable transport to or from your procedure. Roundtrip transport is an option. We always stay in communication with your surgical team, we can wait during the procedure, and help you get comfortably settled at home afterward if needed.
Need more support? We also assist with aftercare, follow-up appointments, errands, light tidying, and even pet care. Compassionate, personalized help—every step of the way.

Transportation
Safe and reliable ambulatory transportion to medical appointments, treatments, rehab, and out patient surgery. Stay and wait services available as an option.
Personalized Care
Compassionate and personalized care for elderly individuals or anyone needing a little extra help after an out patient surgical procedure or treatment.
Advocacy
Assistance in navigating the healthcare system and being there to understand medical providers care instructions.
Elderly Support
Support and companionship for seniors to enhance their quality of life through exercise, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication instructions, or getting ready for the day.

OUR PRICES

Transportation
Specializing in outpatient day surgery transport. When undergoing procedures with general anesthesia, it's necessary to have a credentialed caregiver for safe transport. I coordinate directly with the surgery center to ensure on time pickup after your procedure.

$30 flat fee/ plus $2.50 a mile from your door to your appointment.

Personal care
Our enhanced care package includes additional support services such as after outpatient surgery, medication reminders, meal assistance, tidying up, feeding pets, making you comfortable, hanging out, exercise, or getting ready for the day.
Starting at

$25 per hour

Stay and Wait or patient advocate
For added peace of mind — I wait during your procedure and can join you for discharge instructions. If needed I can assist you with follow up appts.

$15 per half hour

Hello I’m Kelly, I"m originally from Texas and since 2004 I'm proud to call Phoenix area my home. I hold a BA in Sociology/Social Work and am a certified caregiver, with additional certifications in CPR, First Aid and basic life skills. Beyond my professional qualifications, I’m simply a person who cares deeply for others. I have two amazing teenagers, a wonderful boyfriend, and a big love for dogs and animals in general. When I’m not working, you’ll find me staying active—working out almost daily—and cooking up some pretty great meals.Caring for others isn’t just a job for me, it’s what I was meant to do. Whether it’s providing transportation, aftercare, or just being a supportive presence during medical appointments, I’m here for you or your loved ones. I look forward to the opportunity to help make life a little easier, and I hope you find me when you need support the most.
